1st Five Minutes has a team of self defense instructors.  Our lead instructors are POST certified. We take pride in our training and bring a standard of excellence forged by 25 years of working with law enforcement, civilians.youth, adults, and seniors. We believe that everyone ha the capability of protecting themselves.
